The hotel is very stylish, the personal is very welcoming and helpful. We appreciated merci chocalate that was on our bed as a welcome gift. Good shower pression,huge towels, the quiet atmosphere of the hotel in general ( we were in the room just next to the reception but still it was totally silent for a good night sleep!), local craft beer house just 200m to the hotel, the convenient location from train station and to walk to the old city center. Well, we loved everything!

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is located in a very well refurbished historical building, in a very central location. Good size rooms, with quality furniture, very comfy bed and a nice bathroom with a rain shower and high quality shower gel. The breakfast was excellent! The hotel personnel at the reception and breakfast area was very nice and helpful. We left at 5am and they offered to prepare us a packed breakfast, without us even asking for it. Overall, an excellent stay!! We’ll certainly return to this hotel whenever we go to Bucharest!

The hotel is very clean, well located, and fully renovated. The family running the place is lovely, and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was nice, and the room was very spacious — ideal for families. Great value for money. WiFi is great also.

Great quiet location. easy to walk to centre of old town only 10 minutes. Felt very safe walking back on my own mid evening as my son stayed out with friends. The hotel is beautiful and the room was fabulous, great size, large bathroom and very clean and very very comfortable bed. Bathrobe, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower cap, everything you needed. Lot of choice at breakfast for continental, cooked meats, cheese etc omelettes, cereal, fruit, lots of options for fruit teas and different coffees. Fully stocked mini bar including non alcoholic drinks. We stayed in room 11.

Location is great! The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The apartment was specious and it feels like you are in a castle - with more than 3m tall walls, windows and mirrors. The kids enjoyed it a lot.

The palace is located in walking distance from the old town. We were able to explore the city and come back on foot. The place itself is elegant and welcoming. Beautiful rooms woth tall ceilings and quiet (we were there during the weekend). The staff is friendly and we enjoyed a very tasty breakfast. It was a very nice experience and we definitely plan to be back.

The staff was very accommodating. I phoned them through WhatsApp to notify that my flight got delayed and I will arrive after their reception desk closes (10pm). They waited for me to make sure I arrive alright and I got there at 11. Comfortable room and clean. Breakfast was nice and included, they cooked some sunny side up and sausages. Hotel was around 15min walk to old town. Thank you for accommodating me!

Great location and only about a 15 min walk from thebold town. The place doesnt have the feel of a hotel which makes it nice but also too quiet. The staff were supernice, the breakfast was fresh and diversive. I loved the bathroom products. Regarding the cleaning, each day bed was made but bathroom hasnt been cleaned during my stay (4nights).

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Really quiet but within walking distance of the old town and all the sights. There is a metro station right near the hotel too. My single room was a great size and the bed was larger than I expected and extremely comfortable - the pillows were good too (I like soft pillows but they will provide whatever you prefer). The room was really quiet and the bathroom was a good size with a great shower. Emelia who was there to check me in was absolutely lovely. Breakfast was OK. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Bucharest.
